2nd Year Students Plans for 2009-2010
What are the IUC class of 2010 students doing during their second year of the MSc CLEF? Here are some examples: - Study abroad at the University of Illinois (College of the Law, Urbana-Champaign), the University of Copenhagen, the University of Fribourg, Lanzhou University (China), University of California- Hastings College of the Law, and McGill University (Law School)
- Visiting scholars at University of California at Berkeley (Law School and School of Economics), University of Michigan Law School, Cambridge University
- LLM at Harvard University and the University of British Columbia (Vancouver)
- Field research and study in Mali, China, Peru, and Latin America
- Internships: with the International Labor Organization (ILO), the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI); in journalism with Finis Terrae (international magazine on Africa); international accounting and consulting firm Deloitte & Touche
During their second year, all students will also be preparing a thesis for completion of the degree.
