The IUC organization is comprised of three lead groups; the board of directors, the advisory board and the steering committee.  These groups have specific tasks and duties dedicated to them and will work interchangeably at making IUC a united team that is true to its mission and is set to surpass its goals. 

The IUC faculty is comprised of some of the most renowned and established Western legal scholars as well as outstanding scholars from five different continents. Our faculty represents the full spectrum of geographical, theoretical, and methodological approaches to the study of law and finance not merely in the west, but more importantly in the rest of the world. 

All IUC faculty are committed to bridging the current disciplinary divide and exploring the frontiers and emerging terrains of law, finance and economics in the twenty first century.

The IUC staff were also chosen for their sound professional and cultural background, and are committed to build the best possible teaching and learning environment.
