Nicola Sartori, post doctoral research fellow in tax law at the University of Milan, is specialized in International and Comparative Taxation, Tax Policy and Tax Litigation. He is experienced in both Italian and US Tax Law.
Mr. Sartori earned a degree in Law and Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Bocconi University, Milan, a Ph.D in Tax Law from the University of Milan – Bicocca, an LL.M. (Masters of Laws) in International Taxation and an S.J.D. (Ph.D. in law) from the University of Michigan Law School.
Several outcomes of his studies have been published and he took part, as a speaker, in numerous conferences in Italy and abroad. He is co-author of the book “Global perspectives on income taxation law” (2011) published by Oxford University Press and author of the book “Le riorganizzazioni transnazionali nelle imposte sul reddito” (2012), published by Giappichelli.
