The clinical workshop aims at a focused preparation for the clinical activities in the local area of Turin. A local attorney of the Associazione per gli Studi Giuridici sull'Immigrazione (ASGI), active in the field of migration, will give insights to practical problems of Italian migration law and its legal practice, and cope with issues and challenges related to the practice that professionals face while dealing with migration (e.g., cultural problems, ethical problems, fact finding, case management etc.).
